With each swab, individually swab the inside of your cheek for 30 seconds while rotating to collect cells, not saliva.
Immediately after collecting cheek cells, place the swab back into the tube. Repeat steps 3-5 with all four swabs, then seal the tubes.
Place both sealed tubes—cells collected—into the return box along with your completed & signed consent form.
Peel the strip and seal your pre-paid return box, then deposit it into your nearest outgoing mailbox.
When testing is complete, you will receive an encrypted email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Follow the link to access your personal report.
